This hunting lease is leased and not available. This lease is 157 acres- 39 of which is an old pasture that can be converted into your very own hunting honey hole. There is a nice pond on the east side, and a hidden water hole along the drainage in the SE corner. The drainage area below the dam is not visible from the road and will make a great location to place a feeder to draw in the deer from the surrounding areas. A ground blind could be placed next to some junk back towards the middle of the property, only a short walk from the gate on the west side of the property. I jumped a handful of ducks off the big pond, and I heard a pheasant cackling as I was visiting the property. There has been some oil production on the property in the past, but not much activity recently, and the trails in the aerial picture have grown back over. There is a possibility that production may resume sometime.
