This hunting lease is leased and not available. You will not want to miss this rare opportunity for a Shelby County Kentucky Big Buck Hunting Lease. The county is widely known to produce some giants in Kentucky. This 41-ac lease was a very pleasant surprise. I am always a little skeptical before looking at farms with smaller amounts of timber. I slipped in downwind on the Northeast end of the property looping back south. I jumped three does, then a wider than 20" buck. I later bumped a bedded fawn. The area along the west side creek bottom is worn out with deer activity. They are bedding on the property, so beware when you arrive to set up. There is also a new pond on the farm. The landowner can accommodate you with water/electric hookup for a fee; no sewer, though.
