This hunting lease is leased and not available. 105 Acres in Columbia County. This is a Deer and Turkey hunting lease. This gentle rolling farm has several opportunities for stand locations and or ground blinds. It has a good mix of habitat including thick woodlots, pine tree ridge, CRP type grasses, small creek, apple trees, and crop land. Elevation changes on the property provide several ambush spots and good spots to intercept cruising bucks during the rut. A small creek running through the property provides a valuable water source for the local deer herd. Plenty of deer sign was present during my inspection. This included rubs, trails, tracks, and beds. There are 2 points of access to the property which can be seen in the pictures. Respectful use of ATV's is allowed for hunting related purposes only when weather and ground conditions permit. Respect all property boundaries. Be aware of all buildings on property. Don't damage any crops. Don't block field entrances. The landowner would like a text message from the hunters before going to the property. The landowner would also like the makes and license plate numbers of the hunters vehicles. No use of nails, screws, or screw in tree steps. This lease is scheduled to expire/ renew on June 1st of each year.
