This hunting lease is leased and not available. Located just a mile north of the Austin River Bottoms Conservation area this Jackson County Indiana lease is one you should take a look at. I jumped deer out of both wood lots the day of inspection and during the rut this place will be really active. The conservation area is 1000's of acres of public ground to the south that is really hard to hunt and is loaded with wildlife. Rut hunting this farm should be fantastic with all those bucks coming out of there roaming the crop fields looking for those first hot does.

Access is easy along the North end and you can sit in a couple different spots and cover pretty much this entire farm with a rifle. The south east corner just north of the swamp is going to be hot during the rut. This is the perfect pinch point and early November during Archery season you should have a great chance at stud cruising through. Please do not drive through crop fields at any point during the year. Landowner is fine with you using the field edges but not out in the middle.
