This hunting lease is leased and not available. The northeast side of the farm is where the main activity is occurring for the deer. They are using the waterway and the timberline, to travel to and from the row crops. You could easily catch them coming across the water way or even traveling north and south along that long stretch of timber. Maybe you are looking for a lease to harvest a couple of deer or get your kids out in the timber, then this farm would work for that as well. There is not a lot of timber but there a couple of areas on this property where you can hang a stand, but I think a ladder stand would work best. On the other side of the spectrum, you could easily catch a nice buck cruising this farm during the pre-rut / rut, looking for a doe, especially along the grownup waterways..
