This hunting lease is leased and not available. Another gem of a property that is part of an even larger working dairy farm. This property should produce well with the wooded draws and plentiful year round food sources. This property already has a proven track record of producing decent bucks judging by the one harvested in 2021. According to the landowner a real big 14 point was shot on the property just to the west of here which he also owns. Both bucks were seen on several of the properties he owns. Currently in corn, beans, alfalfa, and clover and for the fall it's going to be planted in radishes, turnips, winter wheat and sunflowers. The property consists of rolling hills with wooded draws and ridges and a good mix of red and white oaks spread throughout the property. A lot of brushy patches and fields that make for some outstanding bedding areas. The property also has multiple access points so you should be able to play the wind right. This is another one of his properties that is loaded with game, and I bounced a flock of turkeys(hens) and a bunch of bunnies and doves. The property sits between the Monongahela and Youghiogheny Rivers and the landowner says his fields are loaded with Geese in the fall.
