Nestled amongst the private land hunt club area of NE Michigan this property will provide secluded hunting and the land has good diversity for holding and attracting game. There are areas that were select cut years ago that have large, acorn producing oak trees still standing in the picturesque clearings which will provide a food source to draw in deer from the surrounding dense timber. The are numerous areas on the clearing edges that should set up great to hunt deer or turkeys. There's also thicker areas of timber and pine trees that offer different habitats to hunt. The trail running the entire property will provide excellent access to quietly move around the lease. Camping is allowed on this property and there is a clearing with fire pit in place. Hunters can also camp by the pole barn if desired, campers must be removed at the end of deer season. ATV use is permitted for hunting purposes only. Deer and turkey hunting only allowed. This property is accessed using an easement shared by multiple private land hunting camps. From November 15th thru November 30th no traffic is permitted on the road 2 hours before sunrise and 2 hours after sunrise. Also no traffic is allowed 2 hours before sunset and 1 hour afterwards, this policy is strictly enforced.
