This hunting lease is leased and not available. This 67 acre tract will hunt like it is much bigger. When touring this piece of property it had just stormed but it was really hard to take a step without walking over old deer tracks, along with quite a bit of fresh tracks. During my tour I found numerous fresh rubs and I quit counting scrapes at 40 of this years scrapes. There is no doubt in my mind that this piece of property holds a dense population of deer. Holmes county is also considered one of Mississippi's top counties for trophy whitetail. The land has some pines but majority is hardwoods. There is potential to be some great turkey hunting on this lease. There are unlimited possibilities for stand locations. This property does have an old house on it but has been mainly used for storing things, it is possible to make it a small bunk house with some work and there is an operational kitchen and bathroom. The property has water sewer and electrical hook ups for at least five campers currently in place. There is a skinning shed on the property. The road and trail system is very good. There are a handful of established food plots with more possibilities available. As you enter the property there is a large opening that could easily be planted as a huge dove field. The hunting potential of this property is fantastic.

If leased before 3/1/2023 then the lease would not start until 3/1/2023 and run 365 days.
