This hunting lease is leased and not available. This 73 acres property is located in the town of Kyles Ford Tennessee, Hancock County, Unit B. This hunting property is gated and you access from the southern corner. Once you access the property the trails go NE and West, these trails are definitely being used by game. Old ground scrapes found all along the trails. NE trail leads to an old overgrown field that sets up nice with a hardwood nob on the north side, amazing spot on the property. The property has not been hunted recently, (2019,2020,2021,20222). There are 2 hills that rise to the north and NW, with a stream running between them. Multiple large oaks found trough out the property and other large nut producing trees all over the property. Property is thick in spots and give nice areas for the game to feel protected. The owner does live on the property, she does have wolves that are penned up that she re-habilitates. Landowner is very nice and easy to talk with. I would recommend access to the property just before the gate entrance to her house. Access via UTV is allowed for hunting purposes. Multiple out buildings that im sure deer could be hung in.
