This hunting lease is leased and not available.
Here are 65 acres of prime whitetail habitat in Hancock County, Kentucky. A booner has been taken here, and I hear two deer over 150" are in the area. You have a fantastic food plot near the big pond on the property, with a boss buck feeder awaiting your feed choice. There is no shortage of deer signs here, as you will find for yourself when you arrive here. The timber is good, with plenty of acorn-bearing oaks on the farm. Water, food, and cover are here. Besides stands and food, you need only bring yourself and hang on for the ride. Hancock produces some big boys, and you are in the zone here. A super nice modern cabin can be rented from the owner. The fields roll near the south and slope into a valley with most of your woods to the north. There are paths to walk across the property throughout the areas. A creek is to your north, providing a year year-round water source. As usual, I noted a rock outcropping with a deer bed tucked in the front. The property looks great and should hunt great as well.
