These 682 acres are gated and locked; the only access is from the North side of the property. Basecamp members have written permission to access from the neighbor's property once through the gate. Once you arrive at this property, you will find multiple ATV trails that follow the river bottom and wind through the hillsides to the south and southwest. I found multiple deer rubs and numerous deer and hog tracks throughout the property. There are numerous White Oak trees and Hickory trees throughout the property. I found plenty of well-used trails crisscrossing the ATV trails. Multiple intersecting deer runs are scattered throughout the property. Owners reporting this property has not been hunted in years. The land was selectively cut 2018-2020. This is going to be a Hunting lease that you will keep for years to come! I did see multiple deer while inspecting the property.
