This hunting lease is leased and not available.
This 225-acre property is located in the town of Woodbury, Tennessee, in Cannon County. It features hardwoods and old logging roads. I found easy access from the east side, leading to an excellent spot for a campsite or food plot. Once you enter from this side, you will discover multiple old logging roads winding throughout the property. I found rubs just after entering, and there was no shortage of them throughout the rest of the area. Plenty of oaks are scattered across the property, with numerous spots for stands off the old logging roads. The access to the lower/west side of the property is ideal. And again, the deer sign here was easy to find. This access provides quiet and easy walking to most of the property. I identified some great spots for kill plots in this area, and the property has plenty of water. The property layout is nice and feels much bigger than 225 acres, featuring several thick areas where deer will feel comfortable and yet many spots to ambush them. This property is set to be selectively logged in 2025, but the landowner has assured us that you will be informed about the logging schedule, which will be completed before hunting season begins. The landowner does not reside there but is very approachable. The two access points are gated, and the landowner will give you a key when you lease the property. For inspection purposes, I was able to navigate around the gates with my 4-wheeler. I circled the access points on the aerials in yellow.
*Respectful ATV use is allowed on the property
