This hunting lease is leased and not available. Here is a rare chance to hunt a large property in the heart of elk country!! This area is also known for big whitetails as well, like the 180" buck that was taken on the neighboring property last season!! I personally hunt the neighboring property to this lease, and I can vouch for the quality of hunting in this area! Think of how exciting it would be to hear a giant elk bugling while you're sitting in your archery stand!! This 216 acre mostly wooded property is loaded with deer! It has everything needed to hold and grow big deer. Hardwood benches, with mast producing oak trees present, beech trees, some good producing apple trees and even an existing food plot!! Multiple creek draws and huge ravines create funnels and pinch points. Old logging roads on the hillsides create great benches, with heavy deer trails on all of them, and perfect spots to hang stands and run cameras. Thick undergrowth, mixed with some mountain laurel, create heavy bedding areas. Property owner put in a great road system with a dozer, for easier access around the property. There are multiple open areas for more food plots, and the property owner said that he would be happy to help the hunters plant some new plots. I saw a ton deer, heard a turkey gobbling and flushed a couple grouse. Property is very remote and secluded with steep hills and ravines, atv/side by side or electric bike use is needed.
