This 792-acre property is located in Red Boiling Springs, Tennessee, Jackson County. This property is 7.5 miles, as the crow flies, from Kentucky, situated in north-central Tennessee. Getting around this property is very easy. I was able to do so with the landowner and his four-wheel-drive Jeep. If you are looking for a long-term lease that you can manage and is reportedly home to some very nice bucks, this is a property you won't want to miss. The landowner is fantastic and has created numerous kill plots and food plots throughout the property. In addition to what the landowner has already built, he has the necessary equipment and willingness to help you create more roads and food plots as needed. Once you enter the property from the southwest side, you will drive along a gravel road that leads you around a field and up to the top of a retaining wall. From there, you are led through many fields that run along the lower section of the property. Please stay on the edge of the fields. This is a substantial property and will hunt much bigger than its listed 792 acres. There is access on the north side of the property through a winding dirt road that leads you to numerous small fields and food plots. The trails are endless on the property. It took me hours just to go around the roads. The property also features a small pond, reportedly home to some very large bass. The landowner has an old metal barn that is going to be taken down. He plans on leaving the slab for campers. I can't say enough about this landowner. He is very willing to help out with access to different parts of the property and to add food plots as needed.
