This is an excellent lease opportunity in Pottawatomie County, Oklahoma. I have walked and driven through this property, and it appears to be an ideal location for harvesting deer, turkey, and waterfowl. Upon my arrival, I noticed approximately 15 turkeys foraging around the baled hay in the field. There are numerous deer tracks scattered throughout the property, particularly along the corn planted on the eastern boundary. The river borders the western side of the property, providing excellent prospects for waterfowl hunting and fishing. I spoke with some anglers on the opposite side of the river, and they reported good success. There is ample timber available for setting up any hunting stand you prefer. This area is known for its deer population; I manage several leases here, and hunters typically have great success during the hunting season. Additionally, the property is conveniently located near town.
No livestock is present on the property.
Four-wheelers are permitted, but the property is also easily accessible by truck.
Camping is allowed as well.
The lease period runs from September 1st to January 25th each year.
