This 504-acre property is located in the town of Gainesboro, Tennessee, in Macon County. This hunting lease is 95% hardwoods with a large field running through the center of the property. There is a gravel road running up to the field that was easily driven with my ATV. Once you reach the field, if you go right, you'll find a small pond with some large, attractive trees nearby. The field was in hay when I inspected it in early August of 2025. The field is over a mile long from one end to the other, and it does have a tower blind that you may use at your own discretion. The blind is situated in a great location, with a trail running from the North side of the property and the field extending east to west at the blind. There were numerous rubs found all over the property, and it was not hard to find well-used game trails all over this property. Some of the woods are thick, while others are open and easily traversed. There is a Lake on the southwest side of the property, making it a great location for a kayak or canoe to sneak up on deer or to get them out after you harvest that monster. I'm sure there are some nice fish in there, also. There is an access point on the west side of the creek for an ATV. This property will be a great lease to manage for a long time, as this landowner has no intentions of selling his family-owned property. Nobody lives on the property; there is a barn on the SW side of the lease that would be a great spot to hang the game harvested. The landowner is very nice and easy to work with, and very responsive to my calls.
*Respectful ATV use is allowed for hunting purposes only.
**Respectful camping is allowed, but please ensure you leave the property in the same or better condition than when you found it.
