This hunting lease is leased and not available.
This 45-acre property is located in the town of Dover, Stewart County, Tennessee. This is a very nice lease, easily accessed, and lots of deer sign here. I parked on the side of the road on the north side property, plenty of room here, didn't take me long to find some nice, heavily used trails. As you walk north through the property, there is an overgrown field that the deer are traveling through, and there are plenty of large trees on the edges to put up stands. There are some thick areas where the deer will feel comfortable, and there are also some nice open areas to catch them in. There is a large crop field on the west side of the property, and you have the nice woods! Stewart State Forest is just to the south of this property, and Cross Creeks National Wildlife Refuge is just to the north. The property behind the house looks very nice, too, and I found some rubs, nice trails, and oaks here as well. This is a great property for 2 hunters and will be an easy property to sneak in and out of with little impact.
*Respectful ATV use is allowed for hunting purposes only.
** The landowner asked if you were going to hunt the southside property behind the house. Please let her know so she can keep the dogs in.
