This 159-acre property is located in the town of McMinnville, Tennessee, Warren County. To get to the property, you will cross a creek. There is a nice landing area that the loggers left for a camper. Please refer to the photos to get a better idea of the access. Once you cross the creek, you will find multiple old logging roads winding throughout the property. I was able to traverse all the logging roads with my 4-wheeler. I found multiple large, fresh rubs halfway up the trails, but could not find any fresh scrapes as the leaves were falling hard during my inspection in late October 2025. I did see fresh tracks all over the property…wherever there was wet ground. This property was just purchased, so I have no hunting history, but I didn't see any signs of heavy hunting pressure or any tree stands. The top of this property is large and flat, and I found many large oaks up here. This property has some vertical terrain, but the deer sign is here, and it's going to hunt very well based on the terrain. The property is all hardwoods.
*Respectful ATV use is allowed on this property for hunting purposes
**If you can find a spot on the property for a camper, you may use a camper for hunting purposes.
