This hunting lease is leased and not available. This 234-acre property is located in McMinnville, Tennessee, Warren County. Once you access the property from the southwest side, you will enter the hardwoods. You will find multiple logging roads leading east and northwest throughout the property. There is a gate off the main road that is not currently in use. If you use this gate and put a lock on it, please let the Landowner know the code or give them a key. The southeast side of the property is pretty flat and has numerous deer trails throughout. I did find an old Homestead on the southeast side that may be used as a ground blind to get out of the weather. The trails leading to the north run along the property's edge. I saw numerous deer trails crossing the old roads with multiple rubs found throughout the property. There were plenty of white oaks that the deer were forging under. This is a very nice property with very diverse terrain; there wasn't a spot I couldn't reach, either on my four-wheeler or on foot. This property was recently purchased, and I don't have any history of hunting pressure. This property is made up of all hardwoods.
