This hunting lease is leased and not available. This 29-acre lease is located in Knoxville, Tennessee, Knox County. This property is 90% hardwoods and 10% fields. Once you park off the main road in the driveway, you will walk to the right and through the hay field into the hardwoods. Once you enter the hardwoods, there is a gradual slope leading into the lower section of the back of the property. I found numerous fresh rubs and ground scrapes throughout the hardwoods, as well as fresh tracks across the property. This property is my first lease in Knox County, Tennessee, and this is a very nice little property. The landowner is a very nice lady who lives on the property and sees many deer around her house and in the field. There are multiple large trees in the hardwoods for ladder stands, and some nice, thicker areas as well. The field is hay and is cut at least 2 times a year. There are some great spots for a ground blind and plenty of spots for stands. The property is easily walkable and not at all steep.
