This hunting lease is leased and not available. This 122-acre property is located in the town of Goodlettsville, Davidson County, Tennessee. This property is 20 minutes North of Nashville, Tennessee. You enter the property across a small creek, then pass through an overgrown field and enter the hardwoods. When I inspected in December of 2025 I saw at least 25-30 deer when I entered the hardwoods. The whitetail sign on this property was unbelievable. I found dozens of rubs and ground scrapes throughout the entire property. The lease was easy to walk with old logging roads winding through the property. There were loads of nice, large oak trees that the deer were grubbing under. The landowner does not live on the property, but they do come by occasionally to use it. They were very friendly and easy to communicate with. This is one of the nicest properties I have inspected, based on deer sign, access, terrain, landowner, and the number of deer seen during the inspection. A Basecamp sign marks the property entrance, but it sometimes disappears, so look at the photo to see where I entered by the telephone pole. The landowner plans to install a culvert to improve access, but I was able to cross without any problem in my Tundra. This is an amazing property with huge potential and will be one that you won't let go!
