This hunting lease is leased and not available. This is a sweet farm. It is almost like having two farms in one. The square 40 on the east side has northeast side access, great for walking in, and there is a prairie type feel to the place. Mix of timber mostly along the creek and property border. Saw deer and turkey over here. The West side is bigger and more diverse. Good access on the west side too. Here you have a long section of the creek and 3/4 mile stretch of timber to hunt. Over on the north side is a connecting tree line leading to a block of woods. Sign was all over and I saw deer and turkey during my inspection. Landowner may be removing some of the connecting cover but there are currently no plans. Price reflects any connecting cover removed one day. This is a great farm and will hunt big. All legal game allowed.
