The north side is all field grass of different variety and the west side is cattail to combine for 30 acres of cover The mixed woodlands is the balance of the property. I found numerous rubs and scrapes from the season before. You can access this tract from the northwest side. The property is more of a industrial type setting than suburban. Based on the sign I saw and the amount of cover present, you could have the opportunity at a great deer. I saw Turkey the next road over but no turkey sign seen while inspecting this tract.
