This hunting lease is leased and not available. Archery only property. Please read the entire description. This property borders the railroad tracks and has a lot of trash. Most of it, is along the entire west property line area, but there is trash throughout including some old boats. If the amount of trash here does not bother you then the rest is a no brainer for taking this lease. The farm has great sign. The railroad area has plenty of large straight Cottonwoods and a corridor or old clear cut has rubs everywhere. I suspect a big buck uses this farm and everyone overlooks it. You have bedding on this property and nearby fields provide plenty of food deer will use under the cover of darkness. I noticed that you cannot see the east side from the road. The woods is thick and you have a hill running parallel with the road. If you take this lease there is a tree pile barricade you can remove to make parking better and I noted this in green on one of the aerial maps.
