This hunting lease is leased and not available.
This 123 Acre property is located in the town of Red Boiling Springs, Tennessee, Clay County. This is the first property with this Landowner that I've ever had that actually has crop fields. On my inspection on June 6, 2026, the farmer had just planted the fields. I'm not sure what was planted, corn or soybeans. The west side of the property is the fields, and the north, east, and southeast sides are all hardwoods, which were loaded with game trails and plenty of deer sign. The hardwoods have plenty of thicker areas and some very nice open hardwood areas, and there's a spot in the middle on the south side. That was absolutely amazing. You could see over 150 yards in three different directions. This is one of the best properties I've ever had with this Landowner, hands down, and we have thousands of acres leased from them. There are also two small ponds on the property that the deer were definitely using. Please be respectful and Do Not Drive, ride ATVs, or use vehicles in the planted fields. There is a cabin on the property that you may use; it's on the back SE side of the field, marked with a yellow circle on the aerial map. This property feels a lot bigger than 123 acres once you get on it and start exploring the hardwoods. This property was just purchased by the Landowner. I hope we get more properties like this from this Landowner. This is a very nice property, and I can't see why you would give it up once you get it. There are definitely going to be some very nice deer on this property. The property lines do not match what you see in the hunting apps. The landowner just purchased a property. We established the property line based on the Landowner's survey. Please print out or have a copy on your phone of the aerial maps that I made.
