This hunting lease is leased and not available. This property is a hot little spot and a perfect 40 acres for 2-3 people to hunt. This is an established Christmas tree farm with tons of deer present. There are good set-ups for bow season and this farm would be perfect for that box blind during gun season.

The middle of the farm is still an active Christmas tree farm but some of the trees are pretty overgrown along the edges. Some of the property was timbered in Summer 2022. There are a couple acres of wet marshy woods and brush on the south side with a nice hillside bedding area next to it. What a super hunting spot at a great price.
