This hunting lease is leased and not available. Wow here is a duck and deer hot spot! Property could hunt up to 4 people with no problem, big time cover and thick woods for the bow hunter and nice gas line right of ways cleared out for the gun hunter. Big bonus is the major duck hole located just north of the big gas pad which will make a really good camp spot. The duck hole is a V facing north and is loaded with timber and about 40 yards across making those shots be right in your lap. There is a big creek coming in from the Northeast and going South across the property, there was tons of sign located along the creek and the crossings. Plenty of huge big timber to set up stands both pine and hardwood, so there should be plenty of acorns early season. The gas wells are mostly capped and are pass through gauges, when I was there only 1 well was pumping. Food plots planted on the right of way would make for killer setups, the gas company had started mowing one of the lanes when I was there so it would make plowing and planting real easy. Big timber all around this place so there will be constant game coming through and passing by, if there was some feeders and food it would make a great place to come do a little duck hunting along with deer hunting. ATV use for hunting only and camping on site OK.
