It was seeded over 10 years ago so it's very established. Most of the grass sits off the road in the middle of the section. On the north end of this property there's a power line with a shrub row under it. The landowner says this area a highway for the deer. The section to the east has a thick swamp area and the deer should be crossing back and forth a lot. You should have no problem shooting a couple deer off this lease each year. A tripod deer stand just might be the ticket on this lease�.
