This 176 acre mountain property is located in Franklin County Virginia, aka big buck territory. The property consists of about 50/50 planted pines to mature hardwoods. An excellent road system leads all the way to the top at a tower. The landowner makes sure to keep the roads in good condition every year. Several small openings are present where food plots could be placed. (Landowner is willing to work something out to help prepare the ground for planting if desired.) During the inspection I saw several tracks and nice trails crossing the roadways on the trip up the mountain. A mineral site can be seen in the pictures that the landowner had placed on the property a number of years ago. The joining property to the north is planted in row crops.

Sunday hunting is allowed.

ATV use is acceptable for hunting purposes.
