This 350-ac Jackson County Tennessee Deer and Turkey Hunting Lease should be a lot of fun for a few members. Steep ground is present, but you can get around here where you need go by ATV or on foot with network of trails. Small field at front on east side of road borders the Corps of Engineers Cordell Hull property and that's where I heard a gobbler rocking it during inspection. Plenty of deer here guys. The trails were obvious as you can see in the photos. Found a few rubs and old scrapes from last season. Some of benches along the hills were very thick and likely good for bedding and browse. Tracks are just about anywhere you look. Check out the traffic between the Corps land and this lease and you'll know there are good deer numbers here. Creeks on the property. Good hardwoods and some cedars along some points make good stand locations. Nice property right here in Unit B.
