This hunting lease is leased and not available. This is a really nice 140 acre eastern Virginia farm. The property is mostly wooded with a couple openings that were loading docks from the last timbering. Many of the roads on the property have been maintained, this can be seen in the pictures. These areas can be cut and planted with food plots if desired. The property does have several young oaks that are to mast producing age. There are enough openings to hunt easily but it is thick enough to hold deer after the hunting pressure gets heavy during rifle season. I found some old buck sign from last season during the inspection including scraps and rubs. I also found several well used trails throughout the property. Property lines are clearly marked and already posted.
