Giles County Tennessee has always been infested with whitetail deer. I would not expect any different on this 47-ac lease now ready for this fall, for you. You have mostly fields on the front side but a nice balance of timber to the west side of the property. This is a rolling type property with no notable steep ground seen during my walkthrough. I did bump deer on the property. There are 3 horses here, but they do not appear to be using the entire tract. The woods are a mix of thick and thin. Along the west boundary, as you move north, you will note the benches I believe the deer are suing moving through here. ATV trail is noted so getting your deer out of the woods should not be a problem. I did note several key stand locations that you should easily identify as well. We will allow 2 adults and 1 youth spot on this property.
