This hunting lease is leased and not available. Glad to be adding this 125-ac Henderson County Tennessee farm to our inventory for you. This is a hard-to-get county for sure. The property lays next to I-40 and is also near the county lines of Henderson and Carroll. It's woodland and crop fields that are rotated. The woods are open but mostly thick as you will see. The toughest thing about this fall is getting equipment in with the crops still in the fields. It is doable though as I walked a good portion of it myself. The deer are here, and you should have decent numbers of turkey in this area also. I like the fact the Natchez Trace State Park is about 15 minutes away and has a nice campground you could use while here. The terrain was relatively gentle, and it should be a good hunting spot for some of my West Tennessee members. Get familiar with the pics for the way in here as you pass the neighboring landowner's house in front of the lease. I saw no sign of recent hunting on this property.
